Here you'll learn about both my psychotherapy practice and my mindfulness/meditation mentoring. I offer these services to individual adults, couples, and groups. I believe psychotherapy is a process of exploration and healing undertaken in respectful collaboration, and I believe that mindfulness meditation practice can thrive and deepen in a mentoring relationship. My hope is that my clients and students find clarity in understanding the needs that bring them here, empowerment to find voice, a sense of choice in making changes toward wholeness and health, and a greater sense of freedom, presence, contentment, and compassion in their lives.
